I’m a change agent. I partner with executive teams who have a growth mindset and are ready to embrace change.  My working style is professionally direct, collaborative, transparent and data-driven. 

I’m a former high tech executive with over 25 years of experience building products and bringing them to market.  

 

I’ve built high performance sales organizations in the Americas, EMEA and APAC for firms who dominated their market category, including: Oracle, NetApp and Salesforce.  As a 2-time CRO, I’ve implemented industry best practices at both startup and scaleup firms backed by both PE and VC investors. 

 

I’ve led companies through strategic acquisitions, integrations, new market launches, and operational overhauls. 

 

I specialize in architecting and closing multi-million dollar deals with Fortune 100 clients by challenging the status quo and executive storytelling.  I teach professionals who are serious about their craft to do the same.
